You must contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving an item if you wish to return it. After 7 days any returns will be at the discretion of Vaper Street. Once notified, items should be received by Vaper Street within 14 days from the date of sale or the return becomes void. Recorded Delivery is recommended as we are not responsible for items lost in the post.
Faulty items will be accepted and replaced or refunded within 6 months of sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You must adequately package items to prevent damage during transit. We can only accept unused items with intact packaging for returns. Shipping costs for returns are to be covered by the customer.
Any refunds due back to you will be processed by PayPal.
Dispatch & Shipping
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the checkout. Once an order has been placed, the address provided is considered final. We are not responsible for undelivered parcels caused by customer error. We use various delivery methods and delivery times may vary.
Although we strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, We are unable to offer guarantees on delivery dates and/or times, although they will typically take 2-5 days to arrive.
For orders that are seemingly lost in the post, please contact your local sorting office or courier depot (we can advise which method was used upon request). If Royal Mail/Courier are still unable to locate your order, a 3 week (15 working day) period must elapse from the date of dispatch before we are able to address packages that are lost in the post.
